RETURNS

Kuwait orders: Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

International orders: All international purchases are final sale.

Partial refunds may apply if an item is returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

We exchange items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us at hello@elurajewelry.com to arrange.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For items valued over KD 50, we recommend using tracked shipping with insurance.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit. If not, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
