DELIVERY

Kuwait: Complimentary delivery on all orders, typically within 24 hours. Orders are not processed on Fridays or national holidays.

International: Standard shipping fee of KD 20. Delivery times vary by destination — most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

All shipments require a direct signature. We do not ship to PO boxes. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

PACKAGING

Every order is packaged in ELURA's signature box with a protective pouch. If you're sending a gift, let us know at checkout and we'll include a handwritten note.
