What is ELURA jewelry made of?
Every ELURA piece is handcrafted from solid 18k gold — never plated, never hollow. We source our diamonds and gemstones individually, selecting for cut quality and visual character.
How do I find my ring size?
We use European ring sizing (measured in millimeters). If you know your US or UK size, refer to our size conversion guide. For the most accurate fit, visit a local jeweler for a professional measurement — this is especially important for wider bands, which tend to fit more snugly.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
When will I receive my order?
Kuwait deliveries typically arrive within 24 hours, subject to stock availability. If an item is sold out or being made to order, we'll contact you with a timeline.
International orders are shipped within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days depending on destination.
We do not process or ship on Fridays or Kuwaiti national holidays.
Do you offer custom or made-to-order pieces?
Select pieces are available made to order in your preferred size and gold color. Reach out via WhatsApp or email to discuss. Made-to-order production takes approximately 2–4 weeks.
How do I care for my jewelry?
GOLD
Remove your pieces before swimming, cleaning, or applying perfume. Chlorine, household chemicals, and prolonged moisture can affect gold over time. To clean: soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap, gently brush with a soft-bristle toothbrush, rinse, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Store each piece separately in a cloth pouch to prevent scratching.
DIAMONDS & HARD GEMSTONES
Diamonds, sapphires, and rubies can be cleaned the same way as gold — warm soapy water and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly before storing.
POROUS & DELICATE GEMSTONES
Mother-of-pearl, turquoise, opal, and pearls are porous and require extra care:
- Never submerge in water or cleaning solutions
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, and household chemicals
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each wear
- Store separately from harder stones and metals to prevent scratching
- Keep away from prolonged heat and direct sunlight, which can cause discoloration or drying
EMERALDS
Emeralds are typically oil-treated and more delicate than they appear. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, steam, and harsh chemicals. Clean with a soft damp cloth only — never soak.
As a general rule: put your jewelry on last and take it off first.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is a flat KD 30. All international orders are final sale. Import duties or customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
How does your packaging work? Can I send a gift?
Every order arrives in ELURA's signature packaging with a protective pouch. For gifts, add a note at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
