When will I receive my order?
For deliveries in Kuwait, most orders are delivered within 24 hours (providing stock availability). If an item is sold out or on backorder, we will contact you as soon as possible with an approximate delivery date. We do not process or ship orders on Fridays or Kuwaiti national holidays.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Your ELURA piece is hand-crafted from solid 18k gold, and therefore should be handled with care. We recommend that you remove your jewelry when gardening or cleaning, and avoid prolonged exposure to chlorine or other chemicals that can harm gold jewelry. To clean, soak your jewelry in a dish of warm water and a little bit of mild dish detergent. Then, gently scrub your gold piece with a soft-bristle toothbrush and rinse it. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Store your ELURA pieces in separate cloth bags to prevent scratching.
