A contemporary fine jewelry house rooted in Kuwait’s culture of gold, ELURA creates pieces shaped by form, identity, and personal expression.

Working exclusively with 18k gold and natural stones, the house has developed a sculptural design language of its own. Fluid forms, considered proportions, and a balance of presence and ease lend each piece a character that feels both distinctive and familiar. Jewelry designed to become part of a woman’s identity, worn instinctively, collected with intention, and kept for years.

Founded by Layal AlSultan, ELURA grew from a longstanding fascination with human behavior, culture and the many ways we express who we are. Her background in the social sciences, culminating in a master’s degree from Columbia University, shaped her understanding of how identity is formed and the things we choose to hold close. Jewelry became a more personal way of asking the same question. What do we keep, and why? She went on to study jewelry design at GIA London, and the question found its medium.
